煤矿井下照明与电钻打眼工工作效率研究

A Study on Illumination and Drilling Worker Efficiency in Coal Mine

摘要: 照明条件的变化会影响煤矿井下作业的工作效率。论文分析了煤矿井下电钻打眼工的最低照明水平值,并根据实验确定其最佳照明水平值,同时通过LED多光源理论分析和TracePro数值模拟分析,最终确定了最佳LED矿工帽灯的灯泡数量和排列方式,为矿工帽灯灯泡设计提供参考。

Abstract: Changes in lighting conditions will affect the work efficiency of sub-surface mining. This paper analyzes the mean of minimum illumination level for the coal mine drilling workers and determines the value of optimum lighting level by experiment; through the LED multi-light-source theoretical analysis and the TracePro numerical simulation analysis, it finally determines the optimized number of the LED miner cap lamp bulbs and their arrangement, providing reference for the miner cap lamp design.
